Book of Remembrance - 2024

The High Holy Days are quickly approaching!

As is our custom, we will distribute a Book of Remembrance containing the names of our dearly departed during the Yizkor Service. Our Book of Remembrance is a printed historical record of who we are and from where we have come. Memorializing our families and friends transcends our perception of the present, and binds us to previous generations.

Our Book of Remembrance is an opportunity to honor our loved ones in our collective memory. This year, Yizkor services are on the afternoon of Yom Kippur, Saturday, October 12, 4:05 pm. All High Holy Day services will be in person or streamed through our YouTube channel.

If you cannot attend Yizkor and would like a Book of Remembrance, please contact the office to either have it mailed to your home or available for pick up.

Please provide the information for those you wish to honor by using the form below.

SAME NAMES: If you want to keep the same names as last year, you do not need to re-write them.  Just choose “Same as last year” on the form.

SAME NAMES PLUS NEW NAMES: If you wish to keep the same names and add others, please check “Same as last year plus….”

NEW NAMES: If this is your first time adding names, just choose "first time adding names" in the drop down.
