Sound Meditation

Sound Meditation with Moe Jerant

Prepare your hearts and minds for the High Holy Days by experiencing the serenity of the sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls washing over you during our first Shabbat Out of the Box program of the new season. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or a longtime practitioner, Moe’s sessions offer something rare: a space where the only thing you have to do is breathe! Bring a mat and a blanket for comfort. Ages 12+

Moe Jerant has spent over three decades working with rhythm, resonance, and the quiet power of sound to help people rest, heal, and reconnect with themselves.
