Shabbat Out of the Box: Celebrating 7 Sweet Years of Shabbat Connections

Celebrating our 7th year of creative and interesting activities to inspire your Shabbat experience.

Everyone is welcome, so please feel free to bring your friends and family. All events are free. Registration is essential – no walk-ins will be permitted.

Vayikra

Modern Judaism values our stewardship of the environment. Join master gardener Lisa Knicos to explore Jewish texts and ways we can develop our relationship with the natural world. All life depends on plants! There will be a presentation, discussion, and something to take home with you. Ages 12 to 100.

Back by popular demand is our Havdalah service, sing-a-long and potluck dinner with Donna Fisher, Alan Salinger, and Jan Herzog! Come ready to sing, hum along, or tap your feet to this year’s musical choices. No singing experience necessary. All ages welcome. Bring your family and friends. Please submit potluck offering at time of registration.
